Cover Up?:Missing Floor Plans Raise New Questions About Boddy Manor

BODDY MANOR – A recent request has revealed another unsettling discovery: Boddy Manor’s original floor plans have been swiped from public records. Municipal officials have offered no explanation.

Requests for the plans began in July, when several visitors to the Manor complained of confusing corridors and seemingly moving rooms. Accounts of the locations of the Library, Study, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Ballroom, Conservatory and Billiard Room differ from guest to guest.

One former visitor recalled leaving the Library for the Billiard Room, only to find himself outside the Conservatory. “I know which way I went,” he insisted. “That room should not have been there.”

Asked whether one could travel through the Manor without using its main corridors, Mr. Boddy declined comment.

Just who is behind the missing floor plans, and why someone would want them to disappear, remains under investigation.
